The new world of work is full of hybrid and remote teams. These teams need to learn new tools, techniques, and design principles that break through business as usual and cultivate belonging across departments and geographies. 

This pioneering cohort will be leveled up as organizational change agents, disrupting disconnection, breaking silos and building creative confidence— in themselves and in others. 

Following the training, each leader will be coached to design a dynamic program that incorporates the key components of the Late Nite Art® methodology, customized for the needs of their organization (for example: onboarding, DEI, leadership off-sites, etc). 

This unique training can open the door to new ways of thinking, being, connecting and designing experiences and learning that sticks.
