Through his experiential workshops and trainings, Adam fuses art, music, and meaningful conversations as a vehicle to breathe more imagination and connection into teams, organizations, and conferences.
Drawing from his work as a facilitator, visual artist, DJ, and experience design consultant, he developed the methodology for LATE NITE ART®: a process that spans industry, age, and culture, supporting people across 12 countries to improve emotional intelligence, build creative confidence, and open new pathways for expression.
Adam enjoys nothing more than lighting the creative spark in the people and places that need it most.

With a passionate curiosity for transformation from the inside out, Lotus is committed to co-creating the conditions for people to come into wholeness, expand their creative capacities, and bring their wildest visions to life.
In practice, Lotus works East to West with culture coach|sulting™ company, Delivering Happiness, creative learning development lab, LATE NITE ART®, and leading innovation team DSIL Global, to expand individual and organizational capacity.
When she’s not deep diving into meaningful work, Lotus is creating art, world-traveling, and floating in the sea.
