FAQ

  • After the training, you will have the license to use the Methodology of Late Nite Art (LNA) that you learned at the TTT within your own training programs and facilitation activities. While this means that you can include elements and exercises of LNA in your programs and even substantially replicate an LNA format program within your own organization, you won’t be allowed to substantially replicate an entire LNA arc for third parties or, with some limited exceptions, train other people to facilitate any of the elements or exercises of our Methodology. Please refer anyone who would like to learn more about the Methodology to our Training program and we will be happy to welcome them on board with training.

  • We welcome you into the Late Nite Art community and while you are now affiliated with our work, please don’t create any new stand-alone programs that are called Late Nite Art. If you wish to run an entire LNA arc for your organization or a client, please consult with us first. We’d love to support you and will work out an appropriate agreement for this to happen. If you use elements or exercises of LNA within a program, we’d appreciate it if you would please appropriately credit LNA for the learning you received.

  • You will receive a Certificate of Completion after the program. This isn’t a formal “certification” but please feel free to list the training on your LinkedIn Profile, resume, or anywhere else you’d like as part of your ongoing professional development and learning profile.

  • As expected, LNA will be the sole owner of the intellectual property of the Methodology - this includes the elements, exercises, as well as the arc of the LNA experience. You will be free to incorporate LNA’s elements and exercises into your own work, as well as license with us should you wish to offer the complete LNA experience at some time in the future with additional training.

  • You are the one who has gone through the training and wherever you go, the training goes with you! The same requests for crediting LNA as you incorporate the Methodology into your work—even beyond the doors of your current company —hold true. Please apply your learning far and wide as you continue to build culture beyond today.
