By prioritizing real human connection, we help teams build trust, amplify belonging, and see how their whole selves add to the culture of the organization.

"This was a beautiful way to have my team connect in a way I haven’t seen before. There was laughter, welling tears and so much trust. We’re already a very trusting team, so to get to another level with an outsider was just beautiful."

FAQ's

  • Our program is 90 minutes to two hours, depending on your goals, the event, and the size of your team.

  • Our program goes deep without pushing people too far out of their comfort zones. By using music, art, and facilitation in a professional yet magical way, we help people connect meaningfully in minutes.

  • We facilitate Late Nite Art at long tables where people sit across from one another. Think of it like a huge dinner party – only instead of white table cloths, there is nice white paper... and instead of delicious food, participants dig into a series of art supplies, using the entire space in front of them as a canvas. Flowers are also essential. They inspire, add color, and bring the natural world into the program.

  • This is NOT an art workshop. In fact, we believe that every person is inherently an artist– no teaching needed. This is a program in which art supplies are used to engage, connect and respond to the various prompts we provide throughout the program. Art is a bridge to our inner world. This isn’t about being the next Picasso– it’s about using creativity to unlock the mind and get to the heart of what really matters.

  • Normally, we come to whatever venue you have booked. We have facilitated in offices, co-working spaces, convention centers, retreat settings, gardens and on clifftops. If you want to hire us and need a space, let’s talk. But usually, our clients bring us to whatever space or program they already have secured.

  • Our facilitators stretch from San Francisco, California to Europe. We have traveled and facilitated all over the world. Our program translates across cultures and geographies. Our team is diverse, well-traveled, culturally competent, and ready to venture to most parts of the world.

  • All of our programs start with a design call for us to hash out goals and learn more about the people and culture of your organization. From there, our expert experience designers put together a program that references your values, meets your needs, and considers the diversity and perspective of who is in the room.

  • During our program, people closely interact with at least six people – in larger teams, these often end up being people they have never met before. In most of our programs, people leave with at least one new person they will follow up with to keep the bonding going.

  • Many of our clients have hired us to work with a variety of different teams across their organization. Sometimes this looks like doing ten different events with different departments. Other times, it looks like stacking events in order to bring various groupings of people together over the course of a year or more. Multiple events allows Late Nite Art to become a shared language within the company – a way of speaking to creativity and connection across the organization.

  • For events of 100 or more, you will get two facilitators plus a culture producer. Our facilitators are highly trained and many of them have their own areas of expertise. We choose facilitators based on the culture and needs of your team.
