Adam Rosendahl is a master facilitator, entrepreneur and experience design consultant. Through his award-winning workshops and trainings, he fuses experiential learning, the arts, and cutting edge facilitation to breathe imagination and connection into teams, organizations, and conferences around the globe. Drawing from his work in youth empowerment, illustration, music curation, and entrepreneurship, he developed the idea for Late Nite Art®: a methodology that spans industry, age, and culture, supporting participants to improve emotional intelligence, build creative confidence, and disrupt routine ways of thinking. As a guest lecturer at Stanford, UC Berkeley, and California Polytechnic University, he speaks on topics such as social entrepreneurship, facilitation, creativity, and experience design. Adam enjoys nothing more than lighting the creative spark in the people and places that need it most.

Zakiya Harris, affectionately known as Sh8peshifter, is a woman charting her own path in  life. A Cultural Architect, she has over 2 decades of experience working at the intersections of Art, Education and Spiritual Entrepreneurship. She joined the Late Nite Art team as a lead facilitator in 2018. Zakiya is the co-founder of nationally recognized projects Impact Hub Oakland, The Black Permaculture Network, Hack the Hood and a Culture Bank West Oakland Fellow. Currently, she serves as the Business Navigator for ArtsWeb, a decentralized community that connects community-based artists with business service providers. Zakiya is a published author and intuitive life coach on a mission to midwife purpose driven women from stagnation to activation through creativity and wellness. As a successful performance artist, she has released two EP’s and is also the company member of Ase Dance Theater Collective and House Full of Black Women. Awards and recognitions include the Ella Baker Center Future Leaders Award and YBCA 100. In 2019, she traveled to Osogbo, Nigeria where she became initiated as a priest of Oya in the West African Spiritual tradition of Isese. In her spare time, you can find her near a body of water, reading Octavia Butler, cooking with her 15 year old daughter.

Forest is the Principal Artist at DRAWEVERYWHERE, a design studio in Oakland, that specializes in art direction, illustration and the production of unique creative projects. He joined the Late Nite Art team as a lead facilitator in 2016. Stearns also has a passion for installing Artist in Residence programs in companies that connect art, science, and technology. Currently he is partnering with Google AI Quantum in Santa Barbara, to produce a unique AiR program and create unique paintings around their Quantum Computers. From art galleries to spaceships, there is nothing Stearns won’t draw upon. His artistic portfolio radically spans media from making art on hundreds of satellites that orbit the Earth, to paintings on rocket ships, and murals on giant buildings.

Lotus is a Creative Facilitator, Experience Designer, and Culture Consultant. She joined the Late Nite Art team as a Lead Facilitator, Trainer and Consultant in 2019. With a passionate curiosity for transformation, Lotus is committed to helping people wake up to their true selves, expand their creative capacities, and reclaim love and liberation as their birthright. In practice, Lotus has been on her own journey of healing and self-discovery, traveling and working in over 25 countries from Japan to Iceland to Mexico. This journey inspired Lotus to create the School of Unconditional Love (S.O.U.L.) a BIPOC-centered global education platform offering courses, coaching and community gatherings. Lotus is also the Co-host of This Intentional Life, a soul-provoking podcast featuring women of color living wholeheartedly. Beyond Late Nite Art and her personal ventures, Lotus currently works with several global teams including diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm, Holistic Underground, and personal branding and talent development company, INDIVIDUAL. When she’s not deep diving into meaningful work, Lotus is creating art, exploring, and floating in the sea.
