Gani Naylor

Gani is a creative facilitator, storyteller, guide and documentary filmmaker. He believes strongly in the transformative power of art and creativity to bring about positive change for individuals and communities. With a career spanning advertising, the charitable sector, youth empowerment and leadership coaching, Gani is at home in any setting and able to bring an atmosphere of safety, comfort and a joyful sense of expanded possibilities. Gani's training in facilitation and group dynamics began with helping teenagers make documentaries and has lead to an in depth exploration of how inviting creativity and imagination through play, art and carefully crafted games and activities can help people feel seen and valued. Gani has worked internationally with governments, NGOs, charities and the private sector, designing and delivering impactful programmes, trainings and courses that help people identify and articulate their values and ground themselves in a deeper sense of connection and purpose. Gani grew up by the ocean and loves surfing, telling old tales round the fire and serenading the stars on his ukulele.
