Adam Rosendahl is a master facilitator and experience designer. Through his workshops and trainings, he fuses experiential learning, the arts, and cutting-edge facilitation to breathe connection and creativity into teams, organizations, and conferences around the globe.

As the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Late Nite Art™, he and his team of facilitators design and deliver unique learning and development programs across 18 countries for clients such as Apple, Adobe, Pixar, LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, and Southwest Airlines.

Drawing from his work as an educator, experience designer, illustrator, DJ, and entrepreneur, he developed the idea for Late Nite Art: a methodology that spans industry, age, and culture, supporting participants to improve emotional intelligence, build creative confidence, and disrupt routine ways of thinking. Adam enjoys nothing more than lighting the creative spark in the people and places that need it most.

Lotus Wong is an Organizational Design & Development Consultant, Leadership Coach and Creative Facilitator with 13 years of experience leading groups to grow, heal, and transform together. With a passion for people, Lotus is dedicated to helping individuals and teams bring their visions to life.

In practice, Lotus has been working in over 30 countries from Thailand to Iceland to Mexico. This healing journey led her to create the School of Unconditional Love (S.O.U.L.) a BIPOC-centered global education platform offering courses, coaching and community gatherings. Lotus is also the Co-host of This Intentional Life, a soul-provoking podcast featuring women of color living wholeheartedly.

Beyond her personal ventures, Lotus works alongisde several global teams including Late Nite Art, where she is a Lead Facilitator and Trainer. Lotus’ stack of skills includes organizational culture transformation, creative learning & development, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, career & life design coaching, and leadership development.

With over 10+ years working in mission-driven non-profit and community spaces, she believes in the importance of creating sustainable, nourishing ways of working & being in order to imagine a radically different world.

Christine is currently a Liberatory Life Coach, supporting BIPOC changemakers and leaders to make their most meaningful impact by leading with their most authentic self. She is also the Director of Programs at Hate Is A Virus, a grassroots non-profit empowering and mobilizing the AANHPI community to address issues of racial & systemic oppression.

Outside of work, Christine is a creative artist and avid traveler, living as an international nomad for the last 2 years and establishing roots in the Bay Area, California.
