She brings over a decade of international facilitation experience in 40 countries across 4 continents. Romy has worked with clients such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, ASICS, Netflix, Allianz, and many more. She's an avid world traveler, foodie, street art hunter, book worm, and yoga enthusiast.

Wilder is passionate about unblocking potential for individuals, teams, and organizations. She is a senior transformational experience designer and graphic facilitator, working with nonprofits, global companies, and schools to cultivate more connection, aliveness and belonging. Wilder hosts the podcast The Business of Being Human, plays drums, makes art, and wanders in the wild with her Bernadoodle Maslow near her home in the San Francisco Bay Area.
